Jacob Simpson, B.A. (Kin) C. PED(C) R.Kin

Jacob Simpson led an extremely active lifestyle while growing up in his hometown of Chatham, Ontario. Jacob’s athletic accomplishments included many awards in track and field and volleyball, as well as being inducted into the James Dean Hall of Fame in 2012.

Jacob pursued his studies, and eventual career path with a passion for human movement and mobility and with an ultimate goal of minimizing the aches and pains of his client’s daily lives.

Jacob Simpson received his Bachelor of Arts, Honours Specialization Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario in 2013 and subsequently acquired his post graduate diploma, with Distinction, in Pedorthics from Western in 2014. Western is currently the only accredited university in Canada to offer this program.

Jacob’s practical experience includes a placement with SoleScience at the highly recognized Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic in London Ontario. Practicing at this world class health care facility enabled Jacob the opportunity to gain a strong knowledge on lower limb injuries and the design and application of custom foot orthotics.

Jacob also has received certifications in DonJoy Custom Knee Bracing, Medical Compression Stockings, and is also certified to administer a Rehabilitative Class IV laser (K-Laser). Continuing education is a big part of his overall mission of providing full body movement health care.
